Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
As of January 2016 the USPS raised postal rates by the largest amount I have seen to date.  It forced us to change our policy.  We now offer free shipping for all orders of $25 or more.
If your order is less then $60, your order will ship via the USPS First Class Mail, with tracking and delivery confirmation. All orders will be sent an e-mail with tracking information and confirmation that the order shipped. If you don't receive this e-mail, check with your e-mail provider. Your e-mail filter settings may be set to high.

If you ordered enough for free shipping, your order may be shipped via USPS First Class mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEX Ground, FedEX Home delivery.  Normally, order of $75 or more will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, or one of the Fedex options.  To request Special shipping methods e-mail us from the CONTACT US page, or call us toll free Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm central time at 1-877-735-1377. Faster Shipping, such as FEDEX 2nd day air is available on large orders for additional fees. The additional fees are based on the size of the order.  If you request Express 1-2 day shipping, we ship using the USPS Express service.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you are ordering custom made patches, this does not mean your order will ship in 1-2 days.  It means that when your order does ship, it will arrive in 1-2 days.  If you need a rush order, we can occasionally accommodate.  BUT NOT EVERY ORDER CAN BE A RUSH.  If you do need something expedited, you need to call us and find out if we can accommodate your needs.  Many times we can, but not always.  Please remember, we have many customers that want their custom patches just as much as you do.  Don't abuse this or we will stop Rush orders altogether.

NO Hassle Return for Exchange Policy:
Any product may be returned for exchange at any time, if it is still in resalable condition. This means that you can order with confidence. You will never get stuck with product that does not sell. We do not charge a return shipping fee either. Just send your returns and a note containing what you want in exchange for your patches...and your return shipping information to:

No Hassle Return for Refund Policy:
All returned product returned for a refund, must be returned unused, in any original packaging, and must be in resalable condition. We will gladly issue a refund within 30 days of you placing your order. We will deduct a $4.00 shipping fee from all refund amounts to cover the regular original shipping costs. If your order was shipped via FEDEX or another more expensive carrier, the actual shipping amount will be deducted from your refund total.
